When engaging us, we will help you, free of charge, to get through your insurance processes and discover the scope of your new project. Most of our clients avoid the costs of lawyers and Public Adjusters by having their cases systematically presented to their insurance companies. As a licensed Design/Build company we do not charge a percentage of your claim, nor do we require you to build with us, we just want you to consider us to be your contractor to rebuild your home.  We also don't charge if you end up purchasing without rebuilding.  If we get far enough along and your insurance company requires you to give them a formal estimate, our fees start at $495 for a builder’s estimate.
